Portals of Strife LoreThe Sharuby people had lived in peace for eons, forging a lasting Utopia the likes of which existence had never seen. Having mastered their surroundings, created means to create anything one might need by way of replication, and culling bad habits through selective breeding and genetic modification, the Sharuby no longer have a care in the world except the ever present pursuit of knowledge.
At the dawn of a new century the last mysteries of space and time were beginning to unravel for the Sharuby people, so a meeting of elders convened to decide on a path forward with such grand knowledge. PoS race list1. Woodland Furries: a small rodent like race of voracious carnivores. Although incredibly cute, they have eaten most other intelligent creatures on their world, leading them to starvation and an increase in cannibalism. Together with their plant companions(who they dont like the taste of) they travel through the portals in search of food.
2. Archipelago Elves: Much like normal fantasy elves, but they live on connected islands rather than ancient forests. Many games make their pale high elves wear impractical chainmail bikinis, these tan beauties would suffer heat strokes in anything more than that this close to the equator. Many of the other tropes are converted to a more caribbean theme, coral dryads, mystic narwhals, crustacean mounts, and more. This claustrophobic race doesn't seek war, just a little more land to live on as their world is getting a little crowded.
3. Orcish Crusaders: The orcs used to be a primal race who loved nothing but fighting, but then they found religion. Wi
