multiple races, can start with up to 3 in same city
demo version starts with preset of humans and elves

each society starts the game with some traits. when you accept outsiders into your society they do not lose those traits. children have a chance to adopt the traits of the society rather than the parents.

everything has a tech tree
short sword might only have 5 things in its tech tree, a race's tech tree may have 100
some tech trees share points, if you research advanced string for the short bow, the long bow also has that

child have the trait "developing" when they reach adulthood they get a random trait that is influenced by their surrounding.
adults go through work training to get one random trait of a specific.(positive or negative)
when training an adult for a military position they gain a new random trait.(positive or negative)
when the unit gains enough exp it can be promoted to a specialist and gains a new random trait(positive or negative)
when the specialist gains enough exp it can become a hero and you pick a specific trait from a list(oly positive)
